Join Our Team as a Service Administrator!

Do you love bringing order to busy environments, keeping things organised, and being the friendly face behind a service that helps people live healthier lives?

As an Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of Leeds Stop Smoking Service, helping residents across Leeds access the support they need to quit smoking.

As the first point of contact for the service, you'll provide a warm welcome to clients, health professionals and partners, managing enquiries, processing referrals and helping to ensure people are connected with the right support at the right time. You'll also play an important part in maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and data collection, and keeping the service running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and who enjoys being at the heart of a service and keeping everything moving forward.

Who we’re looking for:

  • A confident communicator who can provide outstanding customer service to a wide range of people.
  • Experience of working in an Administrative or office support role
  • Experience of data reporting, maintaining accurate records, and producing clear and accurate minutes and meeting notes.
