Join Our OWL (Our Way Leeds) Team as a Registered Ofsted Registered Service Manager!

Are you a passionate, experienced leader ready to shape high‑quality care and drive outstanding outcomes for our young people? We are looking for the right candidate who can lead our service with integrity, vision, and a relentless commitment to safeguarding and excellence.

As our Ofsted Registered Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care, compliance, and regulatory expectations. You will lead a dedicated team, champion best practice, and create a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for the children and young people we support.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Someone with strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding requirements, and quality standards.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  • A confident communicator with strong skills in staff management and reflective leadership.
  • Organised, and committed to continuous improvement.
