As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operation of our Beacon and Somewhere Safe to Live services, where you will foster an inclusive and responsive culture which responds to the needs of people accessing our service.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team, motivating and inspiring them to perform at their best for the benefit of clients/ tenants.
  • Maintain the service budget and utilise data to maximise engagement and minimise client waiting times.
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders as part of the successful running of the service for a smooth client/ tenant experience.

What we’re looking for:

  • Leadership and line management experience.
  • A comprehensive background in housing management and support services, with a genuine understanding of client/ tenant needs.
  • The ability to implement change and improvement as required.
  • A knowledge of housing legislation
